Premier Hose Technologies manufacture High Pressure Hose Reel Test Cabinets, allowing easy and safe testing of High Pressure Hose Reel Tubing and ancillary water equipment such as standpipes, collecting heads, couplings and adaptors.

The metal cabinets are strong and robust and are finished with a high-quality and tough powder coated process. The polycarbonate viewing window offers excellent optical clarity and high impact safety resistance, conforming to ISO 179.

The large tailgate style door opens on two heavy duty hinges and is supported by gas struts, to provide a large working area for easy loading and unloading. Two lockable pin bolts secure the door safely whilst the cabinet is in use.

Premier Technologies Group Chimney Nozzle

The Chimney Rose is a low flow nozzle with a 360º spray pattern. A ½” Hose Tail allows connection to a length of hose, with a female thread to suit a Universal Chimney Rod.

The Chimney Hose can then be connected and operated via a stirrup pump or as part of PHT’s Chimney Fire Hose Assembly, which is controlled with a Quick Release Ball Valve Unit, with the water supplied by the HP Hose Reel Tubing.

ATTACK ONE™ HP FOAM INDUCTOR

Manufactured from solid brass by AWG in Germany, this inductor can be mounted inline (adjustable) or in a by-pass set up (ﬁxed) between the HP pump outlet and HP hose reel drum inlet to produce an effective foam media.

This inductor easily integrates with the Attack One System and can be supplied mounted to new systems or retrofitted to existing pumps. Self-priming inductors, admixing rate can be adjusted from 0 – 6%. PHT engineers are available to set up and calibrate the foam system to suit your required flow rate.
